$40 gives one student a new school uniform, including a sweater, socks, sturdy shoes, and underwear.

BUILDING THE FUTURE

Expanding infrastructure will allow Bright Light Academy

to educate more of Rusinga's children.

Multi-use Community Activities & Dining Hall

$8,000 funds the construction of a building for recreation, student meals, community meetings and classes, medical visits by nurses, and extracurricular activities.

All-Weather Cement and Brick Classroom

$2,000 builds a new classroom so one day every student will continue their education at Bright Light through the 6th grade.

Smart Farm Garden

$1,200 teaches sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and supplies excellent nutrition in a new Smart Farm garden.
